On April 10, 2023, Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Trustees declared a monthly dividend of $0.08 per share. The dividend will be paid on May 25, 2023 to common shareholders of record as of April 28, 2023.

OLD GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT, April 10, 2023—Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT (NYSE: EARN) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a monthly common dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on May 25, 2023 to shareholders of record as of April 28, 2023.
